Administrative Support Manager- Community Living
This is a leadership opportunity providing administrative support to the Director and maintaining the master staffing schedule and attendance system for residential programs. This position oversees on-call services and serves as back up for on-call and Regional Managers, while also training, coaching and supervising assigned personnel. This position also prepares billing and overtime reports.
FT M-F 9:00-5:30
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in social services or business related field, or five years’ comparable work experience
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Experience in I/DD direct care and I/DD supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in staffing, scheduling and managing labor and overtime preferred
