Director of Community Living
A great leadership opportunity providing management and oversight for the successful operation of KETCH Community Living program. Serves as a member of the KETCH management team in developing and meeting interdepartmental goals and budgets. Assures that services meet the needs of persons served; preserves individual rights; and honors choices and preferences. Leads the continued expansion of the Community Living program, and is involved in community organizations which develop inclusion opportunities.
FT – generally M-F, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., hours will vary.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resource management, or a field related to rehabilitation/human services
- Minimum three years’ experience in direct services for persons with disabilities; with two years of management of programs serving individuals with disabilities. Direct experience with residential programs is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
