Meet Mary.

Who doesn’t love discovering a good deal? For Mary, the opportunity to browse thrift store shelves and garage sale treasures doesn’t just fill her closet with fashionable finds: it fulfills her need for independence and lets her utilize her money management skills. Now that’s something we could all learn from!

So what kind of items does Mary most often seek out? Purses. She collects nearly every shape and size. And after her closet is overflowing, she chooses which ones she’ll part with and donates them back to a charitable organization.

Mary has been with KETCH since 1980 and has been involved in many of our programs. We love to see the smile on her face as she continues to experience self-confidence and a greater sense of independence. When it comes to working hard and enjoying life, Mary has it in the bag!

When you support KETCH, you support individuals like Mary every day.
