On-site vocational training provides important opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities to learn important job skills as well as determine what type of work is preferred. Employment in the community is the ultimate goal, as career satisfaction is a key quality-of-life determinant.
Skills and values such as good attendance, hygiene, safety, productivity, quality, work attitudes, and punctuality are all things we strive for.
